A global law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Paralegal to join their office in Westlake Village, CA.

Estimated Annual Salary: $91,000 to $116,000

Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Files probate documents with courts
• Assists in the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns
• Prepares and files documents to transfer assets into trusts
• Prepares fiduciary accounting
• Prepares petitions for probate, trust-related documents, pleadings, plus more
• Manage and track deadlines
• Marshals and obtains values of estate assets

What the Firm is Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Probate or Estate Planning Paralegal within a law firm setting.
• Strong proficiency in handling all aspects of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor Degree and Paralegal Certificate
• Excellent communication & time management skills
