A respected and growing civil litigation platform in Southern California is seeking litigation associates for their practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity for junior attorneys who want hands‑on litigation work, strong mentorship, and trial experience, as well as mid‑level to senior civil litigation attorneys looking for a supportive practice with long‑term growth potential.

• Active member in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong interest in civil litigation and trial development
• Experience (or demonstrable interest) in drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Deposition experience is a plus
• Excellent research and writing skills (Westlaw proficiency preferred)
• Self‑starter capable of managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
• Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple matters

Prior civil litigation experience is preferred but not required — the firm values drive, work ethic, and litigation aptitude.

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions (commensurate with experience)
• Negotiate settlements and prepare matters for trial
• Maintain strong client communication and case management

Compensation is dependent upon experience with generous bonus structure and excellent benefits.
