Requirements:- JD - law school graduate with a strong academic record.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant complex real estate experience at a top law firm or legal department.
- Excellent writing skills and significant experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate purchase and lease transactions.
- Superior communications and drafting skills.
- Ability to focus on initiatives and pay attention to details.
- Has a client‑centric approach.
- Admitted to practice law in CA.
- $221,000 - $290,000, depending on experience among other factors.
- Benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision along with a 401(k) Profit Sharing and
- Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution.
- Eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
- Hybrid work schedule of 3-4 days in office
