• JD - law school graduate with a strong academic record.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant complex real estate experience at a top law firm or legal department.
• Excellent writing skills and significant experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate purchase and lease transactions.
• Superior communications and drafting skills.
• Ability to focus on initiatives and pay attention to details.
• Has a client‑centric approach.
• Admitted to practice law in CA.
• $221,000 - $290,000, depending on experience among other factors.

• Hybrid work schedule of 3-4 days in office
