Pestotnik LLP is a small litigation boutique firm in San Diego. We focus on civil litigation and most of us are former large firm partners. Now we focus on high quality legal services but greatly value work/life balance.

We represent corporations, partnerships and individuals in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and pre-litigation investigation and strategy. We are experienced in business disputes, breach of contract actions, real estate litigation, officer and director liability, securities litigation, derivative lawsuits, partnership disputes, trade secret litigation, individual and class action employment litigation, consumer class action claims, false advertising claims, neighbor disputes, probate and trust litigation, professional liability and fraud litigation.

Role Description and Salary

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in San Diego, CA. Starting salary $115k-$125k depending on experience.
