Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Law Offices of Andy Van Le & Associates located in San Diego, CA. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for researching case law, depositions, mediations, abitrations, law & motion, hearings, and representing clients in court. You will also be responsible for conducting legal research and providing advice to clients on legal matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
- Experience in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Demonstrated proficiency with legal research tools such as Lexis Nexis or Westlaw
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
