• Drafting, reviewing, and revising various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memos.
• Ensuring legal compliance in all areas of the organization by conducting thorough research and analysis.
• Reviewing and summarizing legal documents, including contracts and legal opinions.
• Assisting in real estate transactions, including drafting contracts, conducting title searches, and coordinating closings.
• Liaising with external legal counsel and other stakeholders on various legal matters.
• Maintaining an organized and up-to-date legal filing system.
• Assisting with the preparation of legal presentations and reports.
• Providing support to the legal team in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in legal document preparation, legal compliance, document review, and real estate law.
• A bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the legal principles and practices, as well as legal research techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
