We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join our prestigious legal team in Los Angeles with pay starting a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation cases, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
