As a Case Manager , you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day progression of personal injury cases.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution Maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps Requesting and tracking medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Coordinating with attorneys, staff, and outside providers Updating and maintaining accurate case notes and tasks within the case management system Assisting with demands, settlement preparation, and case organization Your work will directly impact client experience and case outcomes.
