The Associate Director, Cross Functional Clinical Operations is responsible for leading and supporting cross‑functional operational execution for Rayze Bio RPT assets. They will drive operational execution across the value chain with accountability for treatment site onboarding, distribution execution, and real‑time operational visibility in support of Rayze 101 launch and commercialization.

Responsibilities
  • Execute treatment site onboarding across commercial settings in partnership with Radiation Safety teams, MSLs, sales, operations, and field market access ensuring sites are operationally ready for launch.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally to deliver site readiness (licensing, training, infrastructure, workflow integration), and actively manage timelines, dependencies, and escalation to resolve onboarding barriers.
  • Execute the distribution model, aligning product flow to treatment sites.
  • Partner with supply chain and external partners to ensure reliable fulfillment, routing, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure connected systems and dashboards provide real‑time, end‑to‑end visibility across ordering, manufacturing, distribution, and administration.
  • Work with IT to maintain accurate, connected data flows that provide visibility and enable proactive issue identification and resolution.
  • Support and optimize customer‑facing tools and resources for providers and patients, including onboarding, ordering, and education materials.
  • Drive a high‑quality, consistent customer experience from site onboarding through product delivery.
  • Partner across Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to execute key operational initiatives across the value chain.
  • Support launch readiness activities through milestone tracking, risk identification, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure demand‑scalable operations.
  • Apply AI to improve team execution and decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in a relevant functional discipline required; MBA preferred.
  • ~7–10 years in the bio‑pharma industry working in commercial operations, supply chain, or cross‑functional roles.
  • Experience supporting oncology product launches, ideally in advanced modalities (CGT, RPT, etc.).
  • Proven ability to execute across Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with operational systems, data flows, and customer‑facing platforms.
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to manage complex, cross‑functional processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
