Overview:

This role will support logistics operations, supply chain management, and system sustainment activities. The Logistics Specialist will assist with inventory oversight, transportation coordination, compliance reviews, and maintenance planning.

Security Requirement:
  • Active Secret clearance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with inventory oversight, transportation coordination, compliance reviews, and maintenance planning
  • Ensure timely and efficient logistics support, including parts procurement, repair, and supply chain management.
  • Procure spare parts, components, and consumables for Uncrewed Systems (UxS) platforms. Deliverables:
    Purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory reports.
  • Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize the supply chain. Deliverables:
    Inventory management reports, and logistics performance metrics.
  • Arrange for the transportation and shipping of UxS assets and components. Deliverables:
    Shipping manifests, and transportation records.
Position Requirements :
  • Minimum 5yrs of experience in Department of War logistics or supply chain management.
  • If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during military career.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Naval Special Warfare.
  • Experience supporting Uncrewed Systems (UxS).
  • Certification in hazardous materials handling.
