Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst is an end‑to‑end product owner responsible for synchronizing supply and demand signals and driving cross‑functional execution across the company. The role encompasses full ownership of supply planning across the entire chain—from foundry and OSAT operations to contract manufacturing and finished‑goods shipment—while ensuring proactive management and timely resolution of issues that may impact assigned products.

• Schedule build and purchase plans in the system to meet demand forecasts and manage inventory at every production stage.
• Collaborate with foundry/OSAT planning, operations, and engineering teams to identify supply bottlenecks, work with cross‑functional partners, and optimize supply to meet customer demand and business targets.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of material shortages and demand changes under critical constraints, and implement mitigation actions to minimize customer impact.
• Maintain and validate master data and planning parameters to enhance planning accuracy in collaboration with related teams.
• Work with quality and related teams to evaluate the potential impact of quality issues on supply continuity, rebalance the supply plan, and ensure timely mitigation actions.
• Participate in S&OP/S&OE processes and partner with business units, capacity planning, and sourcing to align long‑term business plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, strengthen operational performance, and support strategic priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in supply chain, product planning, or a related field.

• Seven or more years of experience in supply chain, production, materials management, or industrial engineering, preferably with a semiconductor or related background.
• BA/BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of planning systems and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in complex modeling and driving corrective actions in a matrix environment.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills within a fast‑paced, constraint‑driven production environment.
