Infor LN Consultant – Planning (MPS/MRP)

• Lead design and optimization of planning processes, including MPS, MRP, forecasting, and supply/demand balancing.
• Configure and maintain LN planning parameters, item planning setup, and master data structures critical to planning accuracy.
• Ensure integrity and alignment of planning master data (items, lead times, order policies, supply sources) to support MRP execution.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting for planning issues such as shortages, incorrect signals, capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (planning, procurement, manufacturing) to align LN solutions with operational workflows.
• Support implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across LN planning modules.

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Infor LN (or Baan) in planning/manufacturing domains.
• Deep expertise in Master Production Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, and planning cycles including forecast consumption and supply‑demand balancing.
• Strong understanding of planning master data structures and dependencies (item planning data, order policies, horizons, planners).
• Experience in multi‑site/global manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Onsite role – San Diego, CA.
• 5 days/week in office (no remote option).
• Requires close collaboration with business and IT teams on‑site.
