Supply Chain Analyst

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst supports Purchasing and Supply Chain operations through reporting, inventory analysis, supplier performance tracking, and routine purchasing activities. This role provides data-driven insights to support operational decisions and process improvements while assisting with day-to-day supply chain activities.

• Create and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze inventory levels, shortages, supplier performance, and purchasing data.
• Support forecasting, planning, and inventory management activities.
• Monitor open purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments.
• Assist with routine purchasing activities and supplier follow-up.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and reporting.
• Support management with reporting, analysis, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

$70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position supports Purchasing, Planning, and Supply Chain leadership by improving operational visibility, driving data-based decisions, and providing purchasing support when needed.
