Warehouse Operations Manager
As a Warehouse Operations Manager at ASML, you will help keep critical parts and materials moving through a complex global supply chain. Your work supports the people, tools, and technology that enable ASML's advanced lithography systems to serve customers around the world.
In this role, you will oversee third-party warehouse operations that support manufacturing, field service, inventory control, and reverse logistics. You will help drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and reliable delivery performance while building strong partnerships across ASML and external logistics providers.
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will manage daily warehouse performance and ensure operations meet business, quality, and compliance expectations. You will work closely with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support changing business needs.
You will:
- Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, ticket resolution, and returns processing.
- Ensure third-party logistics partners meet ASML operational standards, quality requirements, and agreed service levels.
- Manage inbound and outbound material flow to support manufacturing, field service, and reverse logistics activities.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, utilization, workflow efficiency, shrinkage, and operational risks.
- Oversee annual warehouse budget planning, monthly cost tracking, and resource planning with logistics partners.
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and corrective actions.
- Build strong working relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Field Service, and logistics partners.
To be successful as a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in materials science, supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field. Or relative years of experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers or external warehouse partners.
- Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, operational metrics, and service-level management.
- Experience supporting warehouse operations in a manufacturing, technology, or service environment.
- Ability to work on-site and travel up to 25%, based on business needs.

- Balance operational details with broader supply chain and business priorities.
- Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements that improve quality and delivery.
- Care for safe, compliant, inclusive, and reliable warehouse operations.
The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$82,
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
