Supply Chain Planner / Logistics Analyst (International Shipping)
Location: Remote (Preferred Pacific Time Zone – not required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Supply Chain Planner / Logistics Analyst to support large-scale infrastructure logistics operations. This role focuses on international and multi-region shipping coordination
, trade documentation, shipment tracking, and working with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of critical materials.
This is a highly execution-driven role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and experience managing complex logistics workflows across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials across domestic and international lanes
- Manage shipment execution, tracking, and exception resolution to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and validate trade documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOL/AWB, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL warehouses
- Maintain accurate shipment logs, inventory records, and reporting dashboards
- Identify risks and delays and proactively communicate to stakeholders
- Ensure logistics processes meet compliance and documentation standards
- 2–4 years of logistics experience with direct ownership of domestic and international shipping
- Hands-on experience with trade documentation and customs workflows
- Experience working with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or similar)
- Experience coordinating with 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting high-tech, manufacturing, or datacenter infrastructure logistics
- Familiarity with multimodal freight (air, ocean, ground)
- Experience building reporting visibility using Power BI and/or SQL
- Understanding of logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, SLA adherence, freight performance
Candidates with only limited regional shipping experience (example: shipping only within one state or one US region) will not be considered. The role requires multi-region and/or international shipping experience.
