Process Coordinator II (6-Month Contract) | San Diego, CA
Looking for an opportunity to join a fast-paced team and make an immediate impact? We're hiring a Process Coordinator II to support our Failure Investigation Team at our Barnes Canyon facility in San Diego.
In this role, you'll help manage and track returned insulin pumps, maintain accurate records, and support critical product investigation activities in a regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Process and track returned medical devices
- Review and manage Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs)
- Use Excel daily to organize and maintain data
- Assign devices to technicians and monitor investigation status
- Maintain inventory records and perform routine audits
- Coordinate product disposition with Quality, Refurbishment, and Scrap teams
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, or administrative support
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
Position Details
- Pay: $20.15/hour
- Duration: 6-Month Contract
- Location: Fully Onsite, San Diego (Barnes Canyon)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.15 - $20.15/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
