Material Handler

The Material Handler role supports supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, or operations activities through planning, documentation, coordination, and process support. The role works with internal and external stakeholders to help maintain reliable operational execution.

• Supports supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, logistics, or operational activities for Material Handler.
• Maintains plans, trackers, records, inventory information, supplier documentation, or operational reports.
• Coordinates information, timelines, materials, shipments, purchase requests, or follow-up with stakeholders and service partners.
• Reviews data, documentation, and process outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with procedures.
• Assists with issue resolution, status reporting, forecasting inputs, and operational communication.
• Partners with internal teams and external partners to support reliable execution and continuity of work.
• Identifies process gaps, recurring issues, or improvement opportunities and contributes practical recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant experience supporting functional processes, documentation, service delivery, or operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, planning, or operational processes relevant to the function.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, coordinate information, resolve issues, and support reliable operational execution.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
