As a Certified Technician
, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego
, because you’re responsible for performing important vehicle service duties bumper-to-bumper. You’ll use your knowledge and skills to keep our guests safe on the road, follow safety procedures and regulations, and contribute to Norm Reeves location’s reputation for excellence.
Your work is key in ensuring guests leave safe and 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose mechanical issues, recommended and safety-oriented, and fix them correctly the first time
- Administer multi-point inspections and warranty repairs
- Service transmissions, air-conditioning, engine mounts, timing belts, and more
- Replace radiators and head gaskets
- Deliver guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
- Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
- Keep work station clean at all times
- Create and maintain loyal service guest relationships
What You’ll Need:
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Experience at an Automotive School or Program
- Factory Trained, and ASE certificates a plus
- Dedication to safety and serving guests
- Positive, fun, team-minded attitude
