Asa C7 Sandblaster, You Will
- Operate sandblasting equipment, including compressors and nozzles
- Prepare metal surfaces in accordance with SSPC standards
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Paint parts and equipment using various tools and techniques
- 1–3 years of experience in sandblasting and painting on military or commercial vessels
- Knowledge of paint processes and OSHA standards
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment and obtain a DBIDS credential
- Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Physically demanding work requiring strength, endurance, and ability to work in various positions and environments
- Experience with various paint processes and equipment
- Familiarity with company safety rules and OSHA standards
Full–Time Salary Range: $59,800 - $91,645

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
