We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Kalos in San Diego, CA. This full‑time position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi‑family residential apartments. Pay: $19.50 – $21.50 per hour. Full benefits available.

• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process.
• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter, including lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common interior areas.
• Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to the make‑ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of grounds experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi‑task effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
