The Shop Support will be assigned various duties that will be essential to the safe and effective operation of the shop. The Shop Support is responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the service shop to ensure a safe work environment. The Shop Support must demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values - Speed, Value, Trust - in all interactions with customers, coworkers and vendors.

• Complete daily and weekly safety checklists and inspections
• Assist shop employees with requests for equipment and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized shop
• Manages day-to-day operations of the tool room
• Drain oil pan carts into the oil waste barrels
• Monitors tools check in and check out procedure
• Assists with special projects in the shop such as foot printing
• Perform cleaning projects including the management of hazardous waste
• Perform job related duties as assigned and needed

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize and stay organized
• Ability to work well in a process driven and fast paced

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical

• $20-$24 hourly (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Full Time position

• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and background checks
