Base pay range: $43,680.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr.
Pay Rate: $21/hr to $25/hr.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., plus on‑call as needed.
Summary:
To maintain a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees, and guests.
- General building repair and maintenance
- Grounds maintenance
- Routine plumbing and electrical
- Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs and equipment
- Respond in a timely manner to alarms and codes
- Facility cleaning
- Comply with facility safety, infection control and security program
- High School Diploma
- General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repair and maintenance
- Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment
