We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading mechanical contracting firm specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality mechanical systems.

• Lead and manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Track change orders, RFI submissions, submittals, and procurement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience (HVAC, plumbing, piping preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
