Plumbing General Superintendent

We are an established commercial plumbing contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily projects (up to ~300 units). With a strong backlog of work and approximately 10–12 active projects, we are seeking a General Superintendent to lead our field operations as we continue to grow in a controlled, responsible manner.

This role is for someone who has been in the field, understands how jobs really get built, and is comfortable making decisions.

As General Superintendent, you will serve as the senior field leader across all projects. You will oversee manpower, support and mentor foremen, work closely with Project Management, and help ensure our projects are built safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

This is not a desk‑only role. You will be active in the shop and field, helping crews succeed and keeping projects moving forward.

• Lead field operations across all active projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Manage company‑wide manpower and crew allocation.
• Support, mentor, and hold accountable foremen and general foremen.
• Work directly with Project Managers to resolve constructability, sequencing, and scheduling challenges.
• Support and improve prefabrication and installation workflows.
• Establish and maintain consistent field standards and best practices.
• Develop future field leaders through training and mentorship.

• Extensive commercial plumbing experience; ground‑up multifamily preferred.
• Prior experience as a Superintendent or senior field leader.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, jobsite logistics, and safety.
• Direct communication style and comfort addressing issues head‑on.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without constant oversight.
