• Project Lifecycle Management

  Directly supervise and manage the entire construction process, from initial construction drawings and design phases through to project completion and final sign‑off, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Labor and Resource Coordination
  :
  Oversee the labor function for all assigned projects, including managing construction agreements, providing oversight of general contractors, conducting regular project visits, and facilitating necessary follow‑ups.
• Design and Plan Assessment
  :
  Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of project plans, including architectural, structural, and design specifications, to ensure feasibility, compliance, and quality.
• Contract Negotiation & Vendor Management
  :
  Review bids from subcontractors, negotiate favorable contracts, and effectively manage relationships with all vendors and trades.
• Quality Assurance & Workmanship

  Coordinate various trades and subcontractors, conducting rigorous assessments of workmanship to ensure the highest standards are met at every stage of construction.
• Stakeholder Communication
