Director Health Safety

We are a growing renewable energy owner-operator with a diverse portfolio spanning development, construction, and operating assets across multiple regions. Our organization operates within a contractor-led model and is focused on building scalable, risk-based systems that support safe execution while enabling long-term asset growth. Safety, governance, and accountability are foundational to how we operate as our platform continues to expand.

• Executive-level role with direct visibility and escalation to senior leadership
• Opportunity to build and scale a health & safety framework across a growing asset portfolio
• High-impact position influencing contractor, construction, and operational risk outcomes
• Exposure to international operations and cross-cultural collaboration
• Platform-level role focused on governance, strategy, and continuous improvement—not day-to-day site supervision
• Lead enterprise-wide health & safety governance, standards, and risk-based oversight across development, construction, and operating assets
• Provide senior-level oversight of EPC and O&M contractor safety programs, audits, and performance trends
• Oversee incident management, investigations, root-cause analysis, and executive escalation of serious events
• Support employee field safety programs, training verification, and procedural controls
• Develop safety KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership, lenders, insurers, and regulators

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8–10+ years of progressive H&S experience within renewable energy, utilities, construction, or heavy industry
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, construction safety, contractor-operated assets, and incident investigation (professional certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH, PMP, or ISO auditor preferred)
