Introduction to the Job

As an Operations Transformation Manager, you help shape the future of advanced lithography. You make it possible for ASML to deliver innovative technology that powers the world’s most advanced chips. In this role, you guide complex manufacturing initiatives that improve quality, increase efficiency, and support our long‑term growth in San Diego and across global sites.

You work at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your efforts ensure our teams stay aligned, our programs stay on track, and our manufacturing operations continue to evolve as ASML expands production of EUV and DUV products.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing programs and work streams, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with measurable milestones.
  • Prepare and coordinate leadership meetings, operational reviews, and communication sessions.
  • Drive end‑to‑end process improvements using structured problem‑solving approaches.
  • Standardize processes and maintain documentation to support consistency.
  • Lead change management activities, including training and stakeholder communication.
  • Support workforce planning, capability development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or program management.
  • If you hold a Master’s degree: minimum three years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or program management.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives in high‑tech or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience using tools such as SAP, ERP systems, or data‑analysis software.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and guide diverse teams.
