The Role:The Team Lead Attorney will:
- Oversee and mentor a small team
- Drive case strategy on complex plaintiff matters
- Negotiate settlements
- Maintain active involvement in trial work
- Serve as a culture carrier and standard-setter
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Civil Litigation experience strongly preferred
- Leadership or team management experience
- Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
- Ability to operate at a high level while mentoring others
