Base Salary up to $300,000 + Performance Bonuses ($50K+ and potentially much more)

The Team Lead Attorney will:

• Oversee and mentor a small team
• Drive case strategy on complex plaintiff matters
• Negotiate settlements
• Maintain active involvement in trial work
• Serve as a culture carrier and standard-setter

• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Civil Litigation experience strongly preferred
• Leadership or team management experience
• Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
• Ability to operate at a high level while mentoring others
