Job ScopeThe Director of Total Rewards is responsible for building and implementing the overall total rewards strategy. This includes leading Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll functions, establishing competitive programs, and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Salary RangeThe full pay range is $154,800 – $258,100 annually, with a starting pay estimate of $180,000 – $220,000 annually.
