Maintenance Manager

* High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or related technical field
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and general building maintenance practices
* Experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating with external contractors
* Proficiency with maintenance management software and basic computer applications
* Understanding of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and building code requirements
* Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members
* Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions
* Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other building systems
* Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and work order management
* Background in commercial real estate or property management environments
* Knowledge of energy management practices and sustainability initiatives
* Experience with budget management and cost control in maintenance operations
* Familiarity with building automation systems and smart building technologies
* Previous experience in a customer service-oriented maintenance role
