- Lead and manage change management strategy planning and execution
- Create and maintain messaging and presentations for transformation initiatives

- Deliver executive-level updates, reviews, and impact analyses
- Complete internal company documentation and required training
- Mentor others on best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 7+ years of relevant experience in delivering comprehensive change management strategy for complex cross-functional initiatives
- 7-10 years in business transformations, enterprise change management, strategy, corporate communications, or management consulting
- Experience in customer support and professional services functions is a plus
- Experience in web design and content production is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced Power Point
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and organizational political intelligence
- Strong project/program management skills
- Ability to simplify complexity and anticipate problems
- Strategic thinking and problem analysis skills
- Highly organized with an ownership mentality
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Ability to build rapport, credibility, and trust at all levels
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required; MBA desirable
- Change Management certifications highly desirable
- Remote work environment
