We are looking for someone to lead in scaling our business from 10's to 100's of locations! The Operations Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role located in San Diego, CA. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring that performance goals are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing operational strategies, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This role also involves coordinating with management to make data‑driven decisions and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

• Operational leadership skills, including team management, resource planning, and workflow optimization
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
• Experience in compliance, efficiency improvement, and implementing company policies
• Proficiency in using management software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work on‑site and adapt to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
