Overview

Looking for a Project Manager to lead deep foundation and ground improvement projects across Southern California. This role owns project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, engineers, and field teams to ensure safe, predictable, profitable work.

Responsibilities
  • Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, and reporting for assigned projects
  • Act as primary client contact, building strong relationships with owners, GCs, and design partners
  • Review geotechnical reports, plans, and specs to define scope and assess constructability
  • Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and field operations on approach, sequencing, and resourcing
  • Lead contract review, negotiation, compliance, and documentation
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, RFIs, submittals, and procurement
  • Support site teams with timely decisions and issue resolution
  • Drive safety planning and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory requirements
  • Track production, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee project closeout, turnover packages, and client follow up
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Five plus years of project management experience in heavy civil, geotechnical, or specialty foundations
  • Strong working knowledge of deep foundations, shoring, ground improvement, or earth retention
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain tight controls on cost and schedule
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency with construction documentation and project management software
  • Ability to visit job sites across Southern California
