Candidates must have at least 5+ years of direct relevant experience in the electronics industry.
Must have Solid written and spoken communication skills.

Soldering to the level of 001 0005 components Inspection per the IPC-610 standard General Basic Mechanical Skills.
Skilled in basic soldering and inspection per IPC-610 standard.
The individual must be able to work 40+ hours a week to support the business needs.

Onsite Critical
Top three skills - Soldering Skillset in SMT Environment, IPC-610 experience,
Able to work 2nd shift for at least 8 hours and able to support OT
No Soldering skills and no IPS-610 experience on the resume will disqualify candidates.
