Job Schedule: 9/80 (employee's work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced production environment
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and supplying electrical components to various departments within the production floor
, ensuring a seamless manufacturing process. The Stock Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels
, organizing stock areas
, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production operations.

• Accurately pick and deliver electrical components as per production requirements
  , ensuring timely availability for assembly and manufacturing
  processes
  .
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent production delays.
• Organize and maintain the storage area for electrical components
  , ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Utilize inventory management software to track component usage
  , reorder supplies
  , and update inventory records
  .
• Collaborate with production team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies in component supplies
  .
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while handling electrical components and equipment
  .
• Assist in receiving and unloading new stock shipments
  , verifying quantities
  , and ensuring quality of components received
  .
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize stock handling procedures and reduce waste.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience
• 2 years post-Secondary/
  Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

• The candidate needs to have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  .
• Must be accurate
  , neat and computer literate
  .
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be a U.S. Person to work in our facility.
• Preference given to candidates with electrical component handling experience
  .
• Experience with an enterprise resource planning (
  ERP
  ) system is a plus (LN preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
  , Excel
  , and Teams a plus.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater

D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $36,920 - $67,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $36,920 - $58,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
