Manufactruing Associate

Manufacturing Associate - 1st Shift - Otay Mesa Area - $18/hr-$20/hr

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring the quality and precision of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include trimming excess rubber, checking parts for defects, painting grooves with glue using small brushes, and performing molding tasks.

• Trim off excess rubber from manufactured parts.
• Inspect parts for defects to ensure quality standards.
• Paint grooves in parts using glue and small brushes.
• Participate in molding tasks within the production line.

• Experience with small parts and general labor in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.

• 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

You will work in a large, open manufacturing setting with a dedicated team. The facility includes a machine shop, molding, bonding (machine presses), and warehouse areas. Shifts are organized with 67 people on the 1st, 40 on the 2nd, and 5 on the 3rd shift, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
