We’re seeking a Programmer to join our Programming team. If you’re passionate about machining technology, thrive in problem-solving, and want to see your work make a real impact on production, this is the role for you.

As our Programmer
, you’ll develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs that keep our machines running at peak performance. Working closely with engineers and shop personnel, you’ll bring customer models to life, improve efficiency, and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation.

Program and optimize 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines
.

Create CNC programs from customer models, drawings, and technical specs.

Select tools and refine toolpaths for maximum efficiency and precision.

Develop and maintain detailed setup documentation.

Troubleshoot machining issues directly on the shop floor.

Drive continuous improvement through analysis and collaboration.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in machining and programming tech.

10 years of machinist experience, including 2+ years in programming.

Proficiency in Solid Works and/or CAM software (Master

CAM required; Hypermill a plus).

Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative.

High school diploma or GED required (technical certifications a plus).
