** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Documentation & Compliance*
* · Accurately review packaging batch records prior to production to ensure instructions align with SOPs
· Complete documentation in full compliance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines
· Review batch records for accuracy and ensure corrections are completed properly
· Inspect drug product, components, and clinical labels for defects or missing information before/during production
** Operational Leadership*
* · Ensure production areas have proper staffing, training, and support to execute batch records
· Provide front-line leadership and act as supervisor for Packaging and Room Operations when needed
· Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on new equipment
· Monitor Ready-to-Execute status and coordinate on-time startup activities
· Review equipment and room setups for compliance and productivity alignment with JSAs, batch records, and SOPs
** Process Improvement & Safety*
* · Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives
· Perform Gemba walks and utilize visual management boards and signage
· Assist in Safety and Quality investigations using root cause assessment and CAPA methodologies
· Support action item completion, including corrections in Track Wise
· Schedule planned maintenance activities and coordinate equipment return-to-service
** Cross-Functional Collaboration*
* · Attend project kickoff meetings and contribute to planning
· Capture daily shift information using Short Interval Control boards and complete required metric documentation
· Collaborate with external vendors when necessary

* Required Skills:
*
* · 6+ years of industry experience in clinical trial packaging or related manufacturing/operations
· 4+ years of experience leading teams
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Proven leadership and team management abilities
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Inventory Systems, Quality Systems, Supply Flex)
· Strong math skills
· Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
· Strong organizational skills aligned with Lean Six Sigma 5S standards

** Pay Details:** $45.00 per hour
