Operations Manager, Systems Engineer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing large program of senior personnel (local and remote). Program Manager responsibilities will include tracking weekly financial status, monitoring schedule and resources, monitoring subcontractor support, reviewing deliverable products. Oversee daily activities of staff personnel, coordinate activities with Government personnel, and attend meetings as required.
Support all Human Resource activities related to recruiting, retaining, reviewing, rewarding, and terminating personnel. Ensure Quality Control and Supply Chain Management activities and controls are in place and functioning correctly. Support Business Development activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE7+ years of recent Navy C4I(S) or other relevant program experience.
Experience supporting communication projects preferred, including Equipment Support, System Support, Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, and Budget Planning.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree.

SECURITY CLEARANCEThis position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.
PREFERRED SKILLSPMP and/or DAWIA certification.
REMARKSMust be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
Compensation: $64 - $74.74 an hour.
Compensation for positions at Centurum varies depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
