Production Assembler

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Assembler who takes pride in precision work. In this hands‑on role, you’ll assemble and inspect small, high‑precision components using specialized tools and microscopes in a quality‑driven manufacturing environment.

No optics experience? No problem —
we’ll train the right person with strong focus, steady hands, and a passion for quality work.

• Assemble small precision components and lens elements using hand tools and microscopes
• Perform visual and gauged inspections to ensure strict quality standards
• Use tools such as calipers to verify measurements and tolerances
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings to confirm specifications
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify defects and support continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and steady hands
• Ability to focus on small parts and tight tolerances
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work at a bench for extended periods

• Experience with calipers or visual inspection
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection experience
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001 or sample‑rate inspection processes
• Detail‑oriented hobbies such as jewelry making, model building, or electronics assembly
