Lab Operator 1

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Operator 1 to support biosensor fabrication, device assembly, testing, and documentation within our laboratory environment.

This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in structured lab settings, enjoys precise work, and is excited to contribute to innovative medical technology. You will work closely with electrical engineers, electrochemists, and manufacturing leads to help bring wearable biosensors from prototype to early production.

Including but not limited to:

• Assist with assembly of wearable biosensor components following step-by-step instructions.
• Support basic lab tasks such as preparing materials and organizing supplies.
• Run simple equipment or testing processes after receiving training.
• Record information clearly and accurately on forms or in computer systems.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized lab and work area.
• Notify a supervisor or lead if equipment is not working properly or if materials appear damaged.
• Help stage materials and components for daily builds.
• Support small production runs and prototype builds as directed.
• Work cooperatively with engineers and team members.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

This is a hands-on, learn-on-the-job role. Training will be provided.

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior lab or medical device experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food production, retail operations, or other hands-on environments is a plus

• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small parts and basic tools

• Combination of office, laboratory, and hands-on prototype development environments
