Field Service Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Field Service Engineer I with Security Clearance
Salary statement estimated starting salary range: usd $57,950.00/yr.

- usd $96,550.00/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description
* assisting in the fabrication and integration of c4isr systems into multiple variants of ship vessels (navy & msc)
* assisting technical staff members in the fabrication, integration, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical circuits
* providing feedback to production management and qa with identified issues/defects in design or during the fabrication/integration phase with regards to cables or equipment racks
* performing on-site installation of equipment and products in the continental united states within various environments to include naval bases and privately owned shipyards #li-sf1 requirements
* 0-5 years of related c4i shipboard system and new construction experience
* experience installing/running cables and dressing/banding shipboard cableways iaw navsea standards and practices
* experience in hard wiring lighting, terminal/sym boxes, and building mil std connectors
* ability to read, interpret, and understand shipboard provided installation documentation
* osha 10 maritime - active certification (must be able to provided photo copy) desired skills
* seeking experience with rf, heliax, cat 5/6, & multi-pin mil-std connectors, with regards to multi-pin connectors we are seeking technicians with experience in building mil-std series m28840, d38999, m24308, ms3456, or ms3476 connectors
* experience installing cables, electronic equipment, and/or c4i systems onboard navy and msc vessels within a shipyard or us naval base environment, class ships to include but not limited to: cvn, lpd, lha, ddg, or t-ao
* active fiber optic certifications for: handling, terminating, testing, or qa/supervision clearance information src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship and eligibility for a u.s. Government security clearance at the secret level travel requirements
