Bindery Associate
Salary: USD
18.5 - USD
19.5 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift)

- Must complete and pass an online assessment to be considered for an interview.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, drills, collators, and perfect binders to produce high-quality finished products.
- Review job tickets and specifications to ensure accuracy in cutting, folding, binding, and finishing.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to meet company standards and client requirements.
- Monitor inventory of bindery supplies, report shortages, and assist with restocking.
- Collaborate with press operators and other production staff to ensure deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipping.
