WorkSchedule
Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operates hand tools, or production equipment.
- Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
- Execute redline experimental requests (ERs) independently.
- Complete and review associated documents.
- Compile and report yield and rejection data on a regular basis.
- Maintain product traceability and reject tracking.
- Proficient with Agile.
- Train new employees.
- Able to work in multiple areas/production lines throughout the workday or work week without oversight from trainer or other experienced manufacturing associates.
- Provide feedback to supervisor and engineering teams.
- Able to describe processes to cross-function visitors.
- Follow and enforce GMP guidelines.
- This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.
