Manufacturing Associate
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be involved in various tasks such as trimming excess rubber from parts, inspecting parts for defects, and painting grooves in parts using glue and small brushes. You will also engage in molding processes.
Shifts AvailableMon-Fri: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Mon-Fri: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities- Trim excess rubber from parts.
- Inspect parts for defects to ensure quality.
- Paint grooves in parts with glue using small brushes.
- Participate in molding processes.
- Machine Operation
- Experience with small parts and general labor in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in GMPs and/or SOPs from previous roles.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

The work takes place in a large open manufacturing setting with machine shops, molding, bonding areas with machine presses, and warehouse areas. The facility promotes a safe and clean work environment with dedicated teams across multiple shifts.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
