Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Staffmark is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Technician to join its pharmaceutical production team in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity with a well-established FDA-registered pharmaceutical manufacturer with more than 30 years of cGMP operations. Candidates will be placed at Technician I or Technician II based on experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience with batch records and GMP documentation preferred
• Prior oral solid dose and/or liquid manufacturing experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of cGMP requirements is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy required

• Execute manufacturing operations according to approved batch records and SOPs
• Set up, operate, and clean tableting and liquid production equipment
• Complete batch record documentation accurately and in real time
• Follow cGMP regulations and company quality standards
• Adhere to gowning requirements and clean manufacturing practices
• Perform line clearance activities to support production readiness
• Support material staging and dispensing operations
• Maintain accurate production records and manufacturing documentation
