Location: San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | (Monday - Thursday) | 2:20 PM - 10:50 PM + (Fridays) | 1:20 PM - 9:50 PM

Looking for Assembler jobs in San Diego where craftsmanship and precision come together? This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently.

This opportunity is based on a Skilled Assembler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Job Duties
  • Put together parts and products using hand tools and small power tools.
  • Follow work instructions to build, tape, seal, package, and prepare products.
  • Read and follow simple written directions to complete each job correctly.
  • Check materials for problems and tell a supervisor if something is damaged or looks wrong.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Count parts, do basic math, and complete work on schedule while following safety rules.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
Experience Requirements
  • 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Able to read and speak in English.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
