- Willingness to work preferred overtime, including additional hours before the scheduled shift.
Why Work Here?
You join a large, established medical device organization that offers a supportive, family-style culture and a strong focus on teamwork and quality. The role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your experience in a regulated environment while working with clear SOP, GMP, and GDP standards that help you build valuable, transferable skills. You benefit from structured processes, consistent hours, and the chance to contribute directly to products that support patient care.
Work Environment
This role is based in a cleanroom on the manufacturing floor, working first shift Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The environment is temperature-controlled and kept cold to maintain cleanroom standards. You work on a fast-paced, highly repetitive production line in a loud setting where side chatter is discouraged to maintain focus and quality. You will wear a full cleanroom suit provided by the employer, including mask, goggles, gloves, hair net, shoe covers, full bunny suit, and head cover.
Strict contamination-control rules apply: makeup, jewelry, piercings, fake nails, and nail polish are not allowed on the manufacturing floor. You work in very close proximity to other employees, and overtime is not mandatory but is preferred, typically up to two hours before the regular shift.
