A Lead Manufacturing Engineer at AV will define, launch, and improve manufacturing processes for electrical and mechanical assemblies, with emphasis on contract manufacturing. You will transfer products to CM partners, ensure production readiness, and drive cost-effective, scalable production.
Collaboration with design, supply chain, and quality is essential. This role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, DFMA/DFT input, and hands-on work on production floors, including internal facilities
