Signtech is looking for an experienced Press Brake / Folding Machine Operator who takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work.

$26–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

• Preferably 5 or more years of press brake experience.
• Experience setting up and operating press brakes or folding machines.
• Ability to accurately read drawings, measurements, and fabrication specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Ability to consistently produce clean and accurate bends.
• Someone who takes pride in keeping their work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, service-minded attitude toward internal customers.
• Ability to inspect completed parts and confirm they meet specifications.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable for the quality of their work.

• Produce accurate, high-quality parts the first time.
• Operate the CIDAN PRO 40 Folding Machine safely and efficiently.
• Keep your equipment, tools, materials, and work area clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with engineering, production, and other internal departments.
• Keep projects moving by meeting deadlines and supporting your internal customers.
• Take personal pride in your craftsmanship and the quality of every finished part.
